Imagine your ideal day.
Have you ever heard this? Your thoughts create your reality. It's taken me a while, but I've realized it's true. What we think does create a lot of what we have in our lives. So, what if you imagine your ideal life? Shouldn't that bring your ideal life to you? It's absolutely possible. But more importantly, just the act of imagining it can get you unstuck.
Write down your ideal day in detail as though you are telling a friend what you did today. Record yourself "telling" someone your ideal day out loud. Listen to your ideal day recording each day. If you can keep this up for 30 days, even better!
